Yes! Our co-browsing and remote software feature is end to end encrypted and secured in order for our specialists to perform the services necessary on your PCs, workstations and servers. 

All purchases are made through the website. Once you have paid for the service, we will issue an official ServerSesh invoice and you can schedule or start your remote support with one of our specialists.

This will depend on the issue and work at hand. We aim to resolve issues and implement fixes as soon as possible.

We constantly push updates to our users, therefore if we require additional time you will be notified straight away. 

We will provide a refund if our specialists are not able to complete all works at hand within 24 hours. In order to request a refund, please send an email stating you would like a refund to [email protected].
